Ethnic Food.

That is our theme. We are thinking of a recipe to make a food that shows how unique Singapore is with its different races.The recipe has to be:
- Logical
-Within our budget
-Including the 4 different races
-Able to cook it out

That is our criteria for the recipe. I hope that we can think of an idea for it and everyone to play their part in the project.
So group members, please take note have an idea on the next IPW lesson!

    Just want to add on to Ernest's comment.
    You may want to consider these guidelines:
    i) cooking methods used for each dish.
    ii) The name and why the name used for each dish.
    iii) Nutrition value of the meal
    iv) The ingredient used (by different ethnic group) & why each ingredient is used
    v) The cost of the set meal should not be more that $30.

  2. i think we should have a set meal like
    apittiser (i noe my spelling sux)
    main course
    dessert
    drink
    maybe one dish from each ethnic group

    this is my reflection :D
