Sorry everyone for the late posting.

After like...2 months? we have FINALLLY finished 2/3 of the project. The last part of it would be the final product.
Things We've Finished:

-Menu for project

Things we've about to accomplish:
-Final product


By the presentation day, our entire project work would be done.
We would be posting our report and menu soon so it will be able to track our current progress.

The progress so far...

We have already come up with the idea of creating a menu that consists of the ethnic groups in Singapore. Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian. We have also thought of the food products to be included in the menu. All we need now is the food ITSELF.

Our main dish is the one that is going to be from the Chinese, Malay and Indian race. The appetizer and dessert shall be from the Eurasian race.

At this rate, we are at least making SOME progress, not like some teams that i have witnessed which does not even have an idea yet. But lets concentrate on ours first.I am sure they will think of something eventually...

We are making progress, i shall say, as every IPW lesson before proved to be useful and constructive. Slowly but surely, we are finishing our project and will promise that it would not take us a long time to complete.

I promise on the behalf of the group that we will do a good job.

ETHNIC FOOD- The dishes.

Our project is on the different ethnic food. We plan to make a menu of the dishes which makes up of food from different races. Our appetiser and dessert is from the Eurasian race. We plan to have like onion rings or french fries with a special sauce that we had not come out with yet.
The main dish is made up of the chinese, malay and indian race. It is like a satay wrapped in roti prata with special chilli.

The menu will soon be posted on the blog. Eventually.

These are some of the foods that we would be considering for our ethnic food menu.

This represents Indian race. The dish is roti prata.
This represents the malay race. The dish is satay.

This represents the Chinese race. The dish is chicken rice.

We are now find food that we can modify for the menu. We are suppose to have a modified food such as nasi lemak it can be changed or mix with another kind of food.

Today we are starting our project on ethnic food. We are also working on a menu for our project to help the judges and students to know more about our food and the stuff we are researching on.

Ethnic Food.

That is our theme. We are thinking of a recipe to make a food that shows how unique Singapore is with its different races.The recipe has to be:
- Logical
-Within our budget
-Including the 4 different races
-Able to cook it out

That is our criteria for the recipe. I hope that we can think of an idea for it and everyone to play their part in the project.
So group members, please take note have an idea on the next IPW lesson!

First GRACE related post. We have to brainstorm ideas on what to do for our project. We already have the theme. All we need now is constructive ideas. So i want all members to PLEASE contribute to the blog by providing ideas through the blog. The Beginning.

Ok. Finally this is up. So welcome to our GRACE 2010 blog! I know it looks kind of crappy at first but with teamwork, we can make this blog into a success! Our group members consists of index numbers 35-38 from 2 Francis. For viewers and teachers, we will put our ideas and decisions of this project here for your information.
