ETHNIC FOOD- The dishes.

Our project is on the different ethnic food. We plan to make a menu of the dishes which makes up of food from different races. Our appetiser and dessert is from the Eurasian race. We plan to have like onion rings or french fries with a special sauce that we had not come out with yet.
The main dish is made up of the chinese, malay and indian race. It is like a satay wrapped in roti prata with special chilli.

The menu will soon be posted on the blog. Eventually.

These are some of the foods that we would be considering for our ethnic food menu.

This represents Indian race. The dish is roti prata.
This represents the malay race. The dish is satay.

This represents the Chinese race. The dish is chicken rice.
